Our Signature Program

Life Is A Game: How the Real World Works™ is Chart & Heavy's flagship educational program that helps participants understand the invisible systems influencing their daily lives. Through interactive lessons and real-world application, participants develop the awareness, communication, and critical thinking skills needed to navigate life with confidence.

Program Format

Flexible by Design

Life Is A Game: How the Real World Works™ is delivered through three core lessons across seven instructional sessions, with each session lasting 45–60 minutes.

Each session is interactive, discussion-based, and designed to fit within a typical class period or program schedule.

  • Once per week over approximately 7 weeks

Lesson One
Systems, Structures & Invisible Agreements

3 Interactive Sessions

Participants learn how systems operate, how structures influence outcomes, and how invisible agreements shape everyday experiences. This lesson builds awareness by helping individuals recognize patterns they may not have noticed before.

Lesson Two
The Language of Communication

One Comprehensive Lesson

Communication goes beyond words. Participants explore how meaning is created, interpreted, and influenced by perception, helping them communicate more intentionally and effectively.

Lesson Three
Being, Doing & Having

3 Interactive Sessions

Participants examine the relationship between identity, action, and results while developing practical strategies for intentional growth and long-term success.
